Terms Of Service

Custom Art: **
^{Artwork created solely for the commissioner.}
✿All commissioned artwork completed by the artist shall credit the artist properly.
✿The artists signature shall not be removed or tampered with.
✿The commissioned piece shall accompany the character with no restrictions.
✿Edits may incur an extra expense.
✿The artist is allotted 180 days from the time payment is sent to fulfill the commissioner's order.
✿The artist reserves the right to decline a commission with or without reason.Custom Designs:
^An original design/character created from scratch.^
✿All custom designs and custom characters are required to credit the artist on all future refs. Under no circumstance shall the artist not be credited!
✿All commissioned custom designs and characters are permitted to be sold for real or game currency.
✿It is required that all commissioned custom designs and characters acquire a minimum of two pieces of commissioned art before being offered for sale, trading or gifting.
✿Custom Designs that are "scraped" may NOT be kept by the commissioner unless paid for. The artist reserves the right to repurpose the "scraped" design to sell for profit or keep for personal use.
✿A "Scraped" Design defines a design that was made but not wanted so a completely new design has been created.Litter Pup:
^A character created from mixing two other character's designs.^
✿A maximum of two litter pups may be created from the same parents, unless otherwise agreed upon.
✿All litter pups are required to credit the artist on all future refs. ✿Commissioned litter pups have the right to be sold for either real currency or game currency, traded, and gifted.
✿The commissioner is permitted to apply their own litter rules, however those rules shall include the aforementioned rule of crediting the artist.
✿Should any litter pup be sold for over double base price the excess profit shall be split evenly (50/50) between the commissioner and the artist.
(I.E: Litter Pup X sells for $50. The base price is $25. The excess profit would be $25. Splitting the excess in half leaves the commissioner and artist with $12.50 each.)
Bases:
^{A recolor-able piece often used for sales.}
✿All bases, whether finished from a preexisting sketch or created from scratch must credit the artist(s) and shall not remove or tamper with the signature(s).
✿The commissioner is permitted to do small add-ons for the base. However, the base shall not be edited so much so that is unrecognizable.
✿The base itself is permitted to be sold for either real or game currency, traded or gifted. Recolor or Design sales for either real or game currency are permitted on commissioned bases.
✿Bases that the artist has created from themselves but decided to sell, they I hold rights to keep a file of the base for personal use. This does not apply to any sketches the artist has lined and/or based.Will & Wont Do:

Canine, Equine, Feline, Cervidae and most species.
Light blood, drug use and swear words if requested.
Possible nsfw, depends on the context. Must be 18y+
Won't Do:
Humans, Gore, Offensive, Propaganda or Political/Controversial subjects.
Referencing from a preexisting design unless the commissioner holds all rights to the design.Updates:
✿The commissioner will receive a sketch preview for their commission to review for changes.
✿An unlimited amount of changes may be made in this stage. However, once the sketch has been approved future edits may incur a fee depending on the scale of the edit.
✿The commissioner may not keep any sketch sent for reviewing.
✿The commissioner is entitled to ask the artist for updates on their order once seven days has passed from the previous update. This is to prevent the artist from create subpar work due to feeling pressured or rushed.

FPP Art:

✿All commissioned artwork with FPP as payment are required to credit the artist.
✿Signature(s) shall not be removed or tampered with.
✿Custom Characters, Custom Designs, Litter Pups, and Bases are __NOT__ permitted to be sold for real currency under any circumstance!
✿However, it is permitted that they can be sold for game currency, traded or gifted.Free/Gifted Art:
^{Artwork the artist creates for free or as a gift.}
✿All free and gifted artwork are required to credit the artist. Signature shall not be removed or tampered with.
✿Custom Characters, Custom Designs, Litter Pups, and Bases are __NOT__ permitted to be sold for either real or game currency, traded or bred.
✿Gifting is permitted. However, the giver is required to offer the character, design, or base itself, back to the artist first before anything.
✿If a free character, design, or base itself, is in fact sold for profit, the receiver shall split (75/25) the total profit with the artist.
(I.E: A free character is sold for 20 FPP. The artist shall receive 15 FPP and the receiver, 5 FPP. Applies to USD as well!)Payment Terms
✿Payment shall be sent through PayPal within 24 hours of placing an order. (I will not remind you)
✿Failure to send results in an automatic cancelation and forfeit of slot unless otherwise agreed upon.
✿When sending make certain it's of USD Currency. Payment shall be sent as "Goods and Services" with "No Shipping" along with a note stating the commissioner's Username and Commission Type. (I.E: Bob paying for 1 Revamp OR Bob - 1 Revamp)
✿The commissioner must be 16yrs or older to order. Refunds will not be done once order has been completed. If a chargeback is submitted, the artist will take action.
✿PARENTS - If a child commissions a piece of art without their parent or legal guardians knowledge or consent the guardian may not request a refund. The artist is paid for their time and effort put into the commission.
^You wouldn't want to work a day, get paid, then have your job take your money back. Now would you.^✿FPP is no longer an accepted form of payment unless a public sale or auction has been posted by the artist. Such sales are limited and rarely occur.Refunds/Cancelations:
✿Refunds are only to be issued if the artist can not complete the order within the allotted time frame (180 days).
✿Cancellations are prohibited once the commissioned piece has been sketched/started.
✿If the commissioned piece has yet to be started, a cancellation may be made. However, it is highly frowned upon and will results in a mark^† ^against the commissioner.
✿If the commissioner cancels the order without consent from the artist it will result in blacklisting and possibly legal action depending on severity.^{† 3 marks result in blacklisting. Blacklisting may be appealed after 2 years depending on original reason.}Terms of service are subject to change without notice.
